This is an impossible to get 100% Wool hand made CREWEL on soft red lacquer velvet basecloth fabric from India. This fabric has beautiful sage greenand white hand embroidery and there are a lot of fabrics that look similar but they arent even a close approxiamtion of the beautiy and quality of this fabric....you need to touch it to really apprecicate it. There is very little of this authentic hand made crewel available for purchase outside of a few designers who charge almost $400.00 per yard for it.......but it here for a reasonable price. Perfect for every project
