This is a wonderful chocolate brown and beige check fabric, perfect for a wide variety of projects from upholstered furniture to drapery, bedding to slipcovers and many other projects. This high end fabric is sold only by designers and their price is about five times our per yard price. Very soft and supple but wears like iron.
