This is a beautiful, high quality fabric loomed in Europe at one of Europe's oldest, highest quality fabric mills. The stitching is very tight and even, and is soft to the touch yet incredibly durable. Perfect for upholstery which will see a lot of use but must still look essentially new, drapery of all sorts, bedding, slipcovers, padded walls....you name it, this magnificent fabric will do a wonderful job. Additionally, this fabric is double width, meaning that it is 110 inches wide, rather than the customary 54 inches wide. What does this mean for you? You need buy only half as much fabric to do whatever your job is. If you had bought other fabric which is the customary 54 inches wide, you would pay double the price of this fabric.
