This is a fabulous Clarence House alternating light and dark chocolate brown strie velvet. It is a blend of linen and cotton and is as soft as silk, but very, very durable. It is woven by one of the top ten best weavers in the world, located in Belgium (where much of the best fabrics in the world are woven). This fabric is perfect for upholstery, drapery, bedding, slipcovers, tablecloth and many other projects. As usual, our per yard price is about four to five times less per yard than the decorator per yard price. Make something fabulous!
